Two more blocks

I made 2 more blocks last night while watching NCIS. Sewing the triangles is the boring part of the process and I can't just sit and watch TV without doing something. I thought maybe the one on the right is too pastel for all of the other blocks so far. Maybe I'm making two quilts not one...... Or maybe one of these is a great start to a tote bag..........

Once again, I can't see, but I'll check tonight. My husband is bringing home his laptop to see how I like it since I definitely need a new computer. I should be able to see the photo then.

OR. . . maybe you will make more blocks that transition from the more vivid to the more pastel?

I love them all, Wanda!

wait and see how they all look together, personally I'm liking how the different color & shade variations make make the blocks look totally different.

Fascinating to see how colors can completely change the depth and impact of a block! Enjoy the process ~

Good to hear about the healing!

M-m-m-m love both blocks, but really like the one on the right. So appealing to the eye. I enjoy visiting your blog just to see what you are working on.

So true how a block can change so dramatically. I gravitate to the block on the left, but I can definitely see them both working. You do beautiful work.

I was surprised when my comment did not show up that I sent off yesterday. One more try today~ Each block has it's beauty. I have always leaned toward the pastels. BUT since checking your blog on a daily basis, I now LOVE the vivid vibrant colors as much as the pastels. Kinda think it has something to do with the designer, as she knows how please the eye.

love both of them and I think the pastel one still works surrounded by more flashy ones
it's a great project and I check your blog daily to see how it grows
