This quilt makes me SO happy! It is made of some of my favorite things: triangles, batiks, and Kaffe Fassett fabrics. I really enjoyed making this one. It is 50" x 70". I pieced the top in March, 2007, basted it in Aug. or Sept., quilted it last week and finished the binding last night. That means I got it done in less than a year. After showing you so many from 10-15 years ago that I haven't finished, I feel this was an accomplishment. Below is the detail shot of some of the fabrics.
I didn't have enough of either of these fabrics for the back so it is pieced and I love it.

What a beautiful happy quilt!
Visual happiness ~ I agree. The colors are bright and prints are fun. My eye is drawn to the green flower print that dances through the colorful field.

Ooohh Wanda, another great quilt! At first glance I thought it was all triangles and then I saw, full squares, half squares and fours. Wonderful fun and very very inspiring.
It's such a delight to visit your blog each day....I never know what I will find...but I do know that it will be something wonderful!!
Another wonderful quilt. The colors are so happy and bright, such a job to look at.
A wonderful showcase for all those bright vibrant fabrics!
It's definitely happy. I love the cabbage and roses fabric.
What wonderful colors! I like the design, too - triangles and squares. They all fit together. It does present a very happy feeling. One more UFO finished. Great way to begin the year.
Oh, Wanda! What a feast for my color-starved winter-dimmed eyes. It makes me happy, too!
NICE! I like the solid squares mixed in with the HST's.
I have so many beautiful posts of yours to catch up on, but I would say that this one is definitely the happiest!! I've got my mom reading Exuberant Color now, even though she isn't a blogger... She loves it!
Oh wow! That's gorgeous. I love the bright fun colors - very happy indeed. This quilt is making me want to go play with my fabrics as I have a few bright batiks & valerie wells prints that have been wantng to be used.
What a great quilt for a dreary winter day!
