One more batch

I decided to one more batch of spritz cookies, this time no coloring added, and now I will put away the cookie press. After my raw edge flowers on colorwash wallhangings became popular, I created a class where I simplified the stitching so that everyone would feel success. I did several pieces in country plaids and this one in batik.
Just some cheery flowers for a cold and dreary winter day. I'm ready for sunshine again.

The flowers definitely hit the spot on a cold winter day. We have sunshine but it's still very cold.

Sunday ~ Your 'cheery flowers' brightened my winter day also. Why do our dreary Sundays effects us more than any other day of the week? Raw edge applique, surely speeds up a project. I had to double click to make sure that is what you did. So o.k. a cookie applique quilt needs to be made also. (*._,*) J~MT

Your flowers are very cheerful, and might even inspire me to try the raw edge applique! It seems like a do-able project even for appliq-phobes like me!!

Very nice Wanda. How long does it take you to make a piece such as this?
