The camera is making the light and dark contrasts between blocks higher than it is when seen in person. I don't like the photo, I do like the quilt. It is 65" x 83".
My next 2 projects will be two really easy baby quilts made with Marcia Derse fabric. This first one is all 6" finished triangles. It might get a border of one of the black and white prints. The other group of fabric was shown on this post.

I think this photo is beautiful, so I can only imagine how phenomenal it is in person! Thanks for another quilt inspiration-

Love your Kaffe finish!
Yay for the finish! I hate when cameras don't cooperate. I have messed with white balance and sometimes it just won't give an accurate reading. The quilt looks terrific. The big churndash looks good with the other bigger one and smaller ones.
Lovely finish;)) I'll be the flimsy is just gorgeous in person...nice work Hugs Julierose
LOL - I love that "shorter every year" I always thought of myself as tall at 5'8" then I was 5'7" all of a sudden and I feel like I have gotten shorter! where will it end?
Love the quilt it turned out great
Beautiful!!!
That quilt top came together beautifully, Wanda (and I'm not even a Kaffe fan!) Adding in a variety of block sizes really added interest to the completed top.
Fabulous! Just fabulous. The design of this quilt with the larger churn dash, then the middle-sized grouped with the smallest ones is spectacular. Just received QUILTS IN BURANO and this quilt of yours is worthy of a cover on one of Fassett's books. Marnie
Stunning Wanda! Absolutely stunning!
That is just gorgeous!

I think the photo is beautiful, but I am sure the real thing is better: it always is. I will enjoy your baby quilts, because I love the Marcia Derse fabrics!
Beautiful quilt and with the lightness from the centre it remind me of your colourwash quilts!
