Back to the Churn Dash quilt.............

I thought about hurrying to finish this Churn Dash quilt in July but I had this nagging feeling that I still needed to add a row to the right side.  Yesterday I moved all of the blocks to the left 10" and up 8" to make room for the extra rows.  I put up the 7 new blocks I made last week and have 6 left to make.  I still had in my mind to make one 12" block and five 6" blocks to create an 18" space like the large churn dash is in.

If I did make those other size blocks I would still need three more of the 9" blocks so I cut pieces for them and got the individual parts sewn.  I need to turn on the iron before I can finish them.

Such a fun quilt! I like the large churn dash off center. That definitely makes it more interesting.

I'm interested to see what this quilt ends up looking like once it's been sewn together. I can't seem to visualize what you have planned, Wanda. Especially after you started throwing all of the various block sizes out there!
