Can you believe I was too tired......
to sew any more than 2 borders? I was exhausted by last night. I spent the day with all of the follow up details for my dad, social security, bank accounts, etc. Then in the late afternoon I decided to start uninstalling programs from my oldest laptop so I can pass it on to some one else. I went to bed a lot earlier than usual.
I treated myself to 4 new half yards of batiks. Have I told you that I like color?

Here is a link to the full picture of yesterday's table runner, scroll down to the third one.

Me too- Wanda Me too- I love color and I love your new half yards of batiks.
Your quilt is coming along nicely.
Remember to take care of your self as well as your dad.

Changing things over from one computer to another is always fun.
Our techie son helps us out with that - Good for you that you can do that for yourself.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Anna

LOVE LOVE LOVE that blue/green batik yardage!!

And yes, I absolutely believe you were exhausted (and will continue to be that way for a while).

You have been through a LOT and I'm glad you're being gentle with yourself...

oh, I love the optical illusion of the quilt! I have been following along as you keep adding rows, and I am so surprised with the illusions created! WOW! Very cool.

Wanda - what kind of batting do you use in your table runners to keep then nice and flat?

The quilt is wonderful to look at -- really draws one in!
I'm not surprised you were exhausted -- you've dealt with a lot in the past days. Remember you have to take care of you too.

What you are going through is stressful. It's no wonder you're tired. I'm glad you got yourself some nice new bright batiks. You will work wonders with them, as you do with everything I've seen. I love the table runners.

Hi Wanda
Sounds like you had brain drain for sure.
