Carry all for tools

When I was making "The dew is still on the roses" wallhanging I had some left over pieces. I added the black and white stripe to their edges and sewed them together. Then I cut this bag out of them. Back view. I carry my rotary cutter, extra blade, pencil, permanent marking pen, scissors, etc. to classes and workshops. This is a variation on a pattern I bought years ago.

DESIGNER bag for "THE DESIGNER" ~ Just perfect~ compact with enough room for your tools. Not to mention how great the quilted rose design is. Fun bag to copy just for those quick trips into town when you don't need all that 'stuff' in your heavy handbag.

Wanda: Love the bag. It is so colorful. That was a great way to use up scraps. And you have a useful item. Way to go!

Your color choices are so fascinating. Do you have a plan that you follow, like, just jewel tones or just pastels? or do you just feel what color you want? Thanks for the eye candy!
