More County Fair

Yesterday morning I had 2 hours to spare before I had to take my Mother to her monthly eye appointment 35 miles away. It was early in the morning so I was able to get up to the railing to take pictures without people in the way.

Wanda

Ex student of yours and also enjoy reading websites, especially fiber artists. Now I can keep up with your creative spirit through the internet.

It's too bad your county fair doesn't give the quilts their full viewing. At our State Fair (WI) they hang the first place quilts from the ceiling and the other quilts are displayed in showcases. It sure looks as though you have some pretty talented people in your county.

Wonderful photos! thanks for sharing them with us. There are some fabulous quilts there, & the needlework is nice too.

Great photo's again Wanda. Just love your dedication to the art of quilting. And needle artwork. Fun to see the talents of those in the midwest. Our local county fair was last week. Less than 50 quilts were entered, when there was over 500 quilts on display earlier this summer at the annual Quilt Show in Hamilton, MT. Go Figure?
