Blurred Vision

The whole object of colorwash is to have the fabrics/colors all run together in such a manner that you don't really see the division of the squares making the whole. I made this one in January this year. It kind of gives a blurred image which is what I will be seeing after the eye dr. dilates my eyes today. It is the day of my yearly eye exam so no close work until the eyes focus again.

Your colorwashes are so perfect. I don't have a large enough stash but I did try with greens on one of my bags. They are a lot of fun to do. I hope your eye exam goes all right.

Hi, You asked on my blog, and I say yes, do show us your stash, especially the pile (or bin or bags) of bits and leftovers you use to make all those little blocks. I'm eager to see how much mine has to grow before I can follow in your huge footsteps (figuratively speaking, of course!). Consider it just another way of doing 'show and tell' to encourage your quilting friends!!

Love your colourwashes! I have wanted to make one, but like Joyce, dont think my stash is large enough.
