Tilda 2 finished......................

The Tilda Whimsey quilt is finished, pattern on Tilda's website.  It's so hard to get a good photo of these soft color quilts.  It is prettier than this photo shows.

This quilt is 56" x 74" and has Hobbs 80/20 batting in it.

It was longarm quilted by Robin Diaz.

I love the bicycle print on the back of the quilt.  It isn't a Tilda fabric but I thought it was a good choice for this quilt.

I found a pile of light value floral prints so I cut more 2" triangles to match up with darker floral prints.  I think I might start sewing these tonight while I watch the NCIS shows on TV.

I had 4 dishcloths started, all at the point of 44 stitches and ready to start the decreasing of one stitch each row.  This is the second one, finished last night, 2 to go.

My new neighbor mowed my grass yesterday.  I am so fortunate to have good neighbors all around me.

The Tilda quilt is so soft and soothing. We had a quilt made of similar fabrics at our Guild quilt show this weekend and I loved it too. You are really churning out the dishcloths.

Your Tilda Whimsey is so, so pretty! That bicycle print is just the cutest. Yes you are fortunate to have good neighbors, but I suspect they feel the same about you.

I think the soft colors are probably hard to photograph. It turned out really good. That is nice that your new neighbor cut your grass I wish someone would cut my sister's grass -

As I look through the fabrics I'm attracted to the one with the ladies and their umbrellas or maybe you call them bumbershoots. Another lovely quilt :)

Your ‘TILDA WHIMSEY’ sure has lived up to its name plus adding your bicycle print on the back adds to the fun . A pretty box of florals ready to work into anther creation. And you find the prettiest ‘sugar and cream’ yarns for the dish cloth’s.

I love your new Tilda quilt and the bicycle backing fabric. The quilt front has a lot of movement with all the people!
