Several things.........

First in the morning yesterday I made a couple new labels for boxes of pieces and parts. These are all strips, triangles and scraps.  They are on the highest shelves because I will be looking in them the least.  This is the top 3 shelves of a 7 shelf bookcase.

I put the pieces for one of the 20 dark blocks in Plaid-ish up on the design wall.  I have more than half of the pieces cut for those 20 blocks.

Last night's full moon is called the Wolf Moon.  I took this photo before dark, not knowing if I could get a good photo after dark.

This photo was a little trickier.  My phone told me to hold the phone steady and it took a couple seconds before the shutter closed.  I think I didn't hold it still enough but after trying 3 more times I decided this was the best of the four.  We had another half inch of snow on Sunday morning.  Now they are saying we will get another half inch early this morning.  It was 7 degrees yesterday morning and is predicted to be colder this morning.

I started sewing triangles into blocks last night.

Here are a few more blocks plus pieces left to sew into blocks.  I showed a quilt yesterday that is what I'm prepping for.

I saw the wolf moon last night when I was leaving church. Unfortunately I didn’t think to take a picture, so thanks for sharing yours!

I had a glorious view of the moon as I was returning from getting supper for mom and me. I was on the highway, so I couldn’t get a photo, but it was amazing.

I saw the Wolf Moon early this morning hanging in our trees' bare branches off to our west...so pretty...
I really love how all those triangles look as they are coming together...those neutrals and browns look so cozy;))) Nice work on these, Wanda...I uncovered a whole "shebang" of neutrals I had put into a box quite a while ago that I would like to use--mostly creamy colors.
25 here this morning as the sun rises,' a few errands to do today and then maybe I can sew a bit...hugs, Julierose

The plaidish is going to be WOW! The red really sets it off. The moon last night was just phenomenal and made all of our snow shine.

Great photos of the Wolf moon, we stood outside to look at it but I knew a photo would not turn out for me. I like the HST blocks. That plaidish block - wowza!

That plaidish quilt really gives an opportunity to show off those larger prints. Great contrast between the blues and the red. I was up about 2 a.m. and noticed the wonderful shadows in the backyard out the bathroom window. I wish I could have got a picture of that. You made some great progress on sewing the HSTs together.

The Wolf Moon, as it was rising above the trees last night, was absolutely gorgeous! I agree that top and bottom shelves are for things not used as often.

The Wolf Moon was so very bright and beautiful where we are visiting our cabin which has very little light pollution. The flannel triangles are coming along :)

Clear and cold -- great moon view! Your version of Plaidish will be great with the KF prints.

out here in the country with no street lights with the moon and the snow reflecting the light a person would not have needed a flashlight to walk outside in the middle of the night - it was gorgeous out.

It was snowing here last night, so no view of the Wolf Moon. At 6:15 this morning it was briefly visible through the quickly moving clouds.
I need to rethink my scrap/parts storage. I have too many different boxes, sorted too many different ways. I'm sometimes tempted to put them all in a bag and give them away. I spend so much time working with scraps, I'm not using much of the yardage I've accumulated over the years.
