Another gift and empty spools..........

For Christmas I not only got a Charley Harper snow globe, but also got a signed and numbered, framed print.  My wall color is a little off in this photo, it's really a grayed lavender.

Number and signature.

Even though I only quilted 9 of my 33 finishes on my longarm, I was still able to empty 3 cones.  Lots of piecing took place in my studio.  5 of the spools had a lot of thread on them with their skinny posts.

I was happy that 12 of my 2024 projects were made from either pieces already cut or blocks already made.  That cleared out several project boxes and bins.  6 of the 12 have been quilted and 6 remain as tops.

Beautiful Print, Wanda--lovely gift for you!!
You have emptied so many spools--lotsa quilting went on in 2-24 for sure...
30 here this morning--the winds seem to have quieted down overnight...
Out for lunch this noontime...nice break from cooking...

You truly had a grand year in your studios…and your empty spools certainly show that. What fun to receive a Charlie Harper snow globe and framed signed print. Sharing your year with us ~ has made it a grand year of viewing as well.

Love the Charley cardinal and your vignette with the zebra stripes. Even your quilt parade collages look watercolory all together.

You'll have to go on Pinterest and find some crafts to use up your empty spoons. You never know what you might find there:)

The print is beautiful, and the snow globe will be fun to shake and enjoy. I still need to post my empty spools for 2024. I'm behind already! LOL!!!

Oh Wanda! I love how you keep track of everything! Great idea saving the empty spools to show how much you've done! You have made so many beautiful quilts in 2024, congratulations!

Ok, I forgot to mention the CH print! Oh my, you are a lucky gal! I have followed him for a long time and collected fabric as they produced that. And the snow globe is to die for (*!*)

I love the quilt in the lower left corner of your Jan 3rd post. Where can I find more information about that quilt? All of your quilts are beautiful but that one spoke to me. It said "you have to this". Thanks, Beth
