African colorwash.........

I had so many ideas of things I wanted to do yesterday after my broadcast and I didn't do any of them.  The weather changes affect me and I was wiped out.  Last night was my 3 hour TV time so I worked on perfecting the African colorwash so I can get it off the design wall.  I like it so I am ready to sew it.

Wow. I like it. It is very different from the batik and Kaffe colorwash pieces. (which I also like.)

Like it very much.
The brightness of the fabrics along with the print of the fabric is quite intriguing.
A lovely piece of art is what I see.

African fabrics have such a rhythm to them. And your designing shows the musical magic of Africa... Love it !

I love it! I recognize some of the prints because I have or had them in my stash at one time or another. You have a lovely group of lavenders and darker pinks. Those are two colors I haven't come across.

Weather changes affect lots of us - totally understand being wiped out. Your colorwash looks great.

Love it! I lost the day because I wrenched my back on the rowing machine at rehab. No fabric work today here!

I love your color wash quilts, but this one is exceptional. So much interest with the african fabrics.
