A finished quilt top.........

The pineapple log cabin top is sewn together.  It is 70.5" x 91".  There are 37 pieces in each block and 63 blocks = 2331 pieces.  I have enough pieces leftover to make at least 12 light blocks and some dark blocks.
For perspective, here is it is on my double design wall which is 84" tall and 96" wide.

I'm a little off my track of trying to make smaller quilts with this one.  I am SO glad this is sewn together.

Yesterday was cold and rainy so I got a lot of sewing done.  I have 55 blocks sewn in their halves and pressed ready for designing for this One Block Wonder.

It’s very pretty, I imagine that it’s just stunning in person. Enter this in your local quilt shows for a blue ribbon.

The pineapple quilt is stunning, and with your leftover units you may end up with a small quilt after all.

I love the pineapple design and the way you put yours together is spectacular! It has been a long while since I made a pineapple block and last time I grew tired of them and it ended up being a small wall hanging. You certainly persevered and made yours great!

This pineapple quilt is absolutely breathtaking! It reminds me of a Bach etude played by Glenn Gould. The intricacy of the color and design just make this quilt dance. Even more astounding you have been working on other creations at the same time. Thanks for sharing all this talent--on a daily basis!

MAGNIFICENT ! ! ! (^._.^) loved learning how many pieces went into your pineapple master piece. (WOW). It truly is a supreme creative design, that only comes from "Exuberant Color" studio.

And now working on your 'one block wonder', they are so unique and know you will design them into a wonderful design.

A great Sunday post Wanda

I really love this pineapple. I’m hoping it gives me some inspiration, it seems I’ve lost my mojo!

The pineapple quilt is indeed stunning! Combining the light and dark blocks in a wash effect was genius! It truly dances with color.
