Working on two..................

The first thing I did yesterday was pair the Australian fabric strips for the border pieces for the current quilt project.

That became my TV time sewing.  Ready for trimming to size and sewing onto the quilt.

I still had a little time left so I sewed cornerstones onto 30 strips for the Bear Paw quilt sashing.

While I waited for the weather forecast on the 10 p.m. news I finished this dishcloth.  It is a departure from the pattern I usually use just for a little variety.

It was 12 degrees Friday morning and supposed to be 50 on Tuesday.  That's spring in our neck of the woods.

You didn't let a moment go to waste! Yes, temps were certainly down and then up this weekend. I hope to be able to get a walk this afternoon.

I like how you lay out those pairs to see how the color is. it didn't get as cold here last night as it was to be - 29 - now to uncover plants in the garden later today

I'm on the coast of North Carolina and we are going to be in the 50s all day today. But we expect 70s at the end of the week.

Lots of details to deal with before you can finally get the tops done. It was cold, windy, and we had snow flurries. Rain is forecasted for several days this week, but at least the temperature is going up a bit. I have daffodils blooming despite how nasty it was on Saturday.

You certainly made good use of TV watching time with strip sewing and I love the photo of the soft sashing strips with added corner stones. I think I must try to be productive whilst TV is going.
