Monday's sewing report................

I hand stitched binding a few times during the day yesterday and last night.  I have one short side left to stitch.  When my hands got tired I sewed some more framed 9 patch blocks.  Today I have some cleaning to do and I'll probably play with a stack or 2 of fabric as well as finishing the hand stitching.

Today was the day in 1937 that my parents got married and the last anniversary they celebrated was their 72nd.  Most farmers got married in late winter before the farming plans for the year were started.

It is good to break up the hand stitching; it can get boring. More pretty 9 patch blocks!

Good to see so much color on a absolutely gray and rainy day.
