Not much to show...................

There isn't much to show for yesterday but it was a busy day.  This is about an hour and a half's ironing.  The stack at the top is large enough for 3.5" squares or 3.5 x 6.5" rectangles.  The bottom stack is for 2.5" squares and 2.5" x 4.5" rectangles, and maybe some 2" squares  from the longer strips.

After lunch was my second PT session and it is helping.  I have a good therapist and she is training another person so I get to hear everything explained.  That doesn't mean I know the meaning of the terms, but I do like details.

I was feeling so good afterwards that I ran 2 errands that took up a good part of the afternoon.  Early last evening I filled the birdfeeders and cut down the Tree of Heaven.  Then I pulled out a bunch of the Creeping Bellflower that was past its prime.  We really only had a day and a half of lower humidity.  It was quite sticky out last evening.  Maybe rain today?  It looks promising......and the humidity is rising to oppressive with the worst to come next Wednesday.

Every little bit counts, Wanda;)) So glad to hear that your PT is making you feel better...;)))
Only 59 here early this morning and 56 dewpoint--so nice and clear...great relief from the oppressive heat and humidity we've been having...hoping to sit out on our deck and do some stitching today...hugs, Julierose

Glad your PT is doing some good, sounds like you got a lot done. This is the time of year I dread - I'm longing for October.

That is so good that the PT is helping I so wish it had helped me. When you are having PT though it does cut into your day and it might make it seem like you aren't making as much progress in the sewing room - but you are feeling better so that counts

Good for you for getting into PT and VERY happy you can tell that it is helping. Prepping fabric takes a lot of time so those two piles represent a lot more than they might look like at first glance.

Am so very glad the PT helped you feel good enough to run errands yesterday and hope the continued PT cures you!
Well done in organizing those strips and considering how you can cut them for future use. I'd write a note of my ideas and leave it with the strips. I once read that everything can be thought of once, the trouble is thinking of it again!

Hugs!

Great that PT is helping. I have been doing PT and chiro. Last week was a bad week. I could not do stairs. Great improvement over the past few days, was able to walk up and down stairs and get my own clothes on- win, win. Love all those fabrics!
