First layout................

All 32 blocks are sewn and pressed now.  This last group of 4 will add more color to the group.

Last night's layout. There is one block I want to exchange with another but I haven't made the decision which one yet.  I thought I would wait until this morning to look at it again.

These are definitely the colors of the outside in my town.  Still lots of green but more colorful trees every day.

Definitely early fall in the midwest! My town looks like this right now, too. Lovely!

Very pretty blocks! If I made a quilt to represent the colors in our area, it would be pretty dull - lol!

In the first photo -- the small slivers make an interesting design addition. (I know it's how you've laid the blocks on top of one another.)

Oh Boy! I get to play What Will Wanda Do? :-)
hmmm...squinting my eyes... my picks for replacement are the top row 2nd block seems rather bright green, and the 2nd row 3rd block and 4th row 3rd block seem rather light overall. I had thought maybe the 5th row 3rd block might be a candidate with no/very little green, but I see the 2nd block in the ones to be added has no/very little green also. Then again, maybe you will change a darker block for a brighter green or lighter overall block???? I can't wait to see what you change.
It's SO dry here, no rain at all in 7 weeks. I think the leaves are drying up and falling off instead of changing color this year.

I wish we had more color here - it is kind of drab the drought continues and no one drop of rain in October so far and there wasn't much in September either. Almost the whole state is in a burn ban now and drought

Just beautiful as is or with whatever changes you choose to make. Lovely fabrics and wonderfully Autumnal!
