More goodies..........

I did laundry in the morning and then made a batch of fudge.  I had to test it to make sure it was worthy of gifting.

Next was a batch of English Toffee bars.  I don't like nuts in anything but I usually put nuts on half of this.  I realized too late that I didn't have any nuts in the house.

After that I made the first batch of Chex Mix.

I worked on a Christmas gift next for my great grandchildren but I won't be showing it until after Christmas.

My favourite chocolate is Cadbury's Dairy Milk and any white chocolate, but I'm not keen on chocolate cakes etc. I've seen a few blogs that make Chef Mix but not something I've heard of in the UK. I've got some kiddie bunting to make today for 'Freddie' a neighbours 1st baby then I can put my machine away for a few days. My Secret Santa present was a fabric heart kit so I think some hand sewing will be done over the holiday period. Hope all is well with you :)

Everything looks yummy Wanda, and bet the family is looking forward to all of your baked goods. We've always enjoyed cookies with nuts, but make some without them for the grandson in Atlanta who is extremely allergic to them.
Have fun with those little great grandchildren.

What a delicious looking post today Wanda. I know all tastes as good as they look. What a day in your kitchen and yet you had time to sew also !

We hit 60 degrees yesterday ! It has not been that warm since 1933 on first day of winter here in the mountains.

Your English Toffee looks amazing!!! I had an aunt who used to make it every Christmas. I wish I knew how to make it because I love it!! You have been very busy!

I had to look up English Toffee bars - I'd never heard of them before! I like making clotted cream fudge - soft but also a little chewy. Haven't done that for a while! A very interesting post where I learnt something new - thank you.

Everything you made looks so tasty! I have never made toffee. I need to try. I really like it but it is so expensive - at least the good stuff is!
