I think my photos today are a little dull so I may have to re-take them later. My longarm behaved and I got this one quilted and yesterday trimmed and binding sewn on.
This quilt is from a pattern by Ashley Hough called Jelly Roll Jumble. I don't use jelly rolls so I need to rename my version. She designed this for National Quilters Circle and the pattern is free if you sign up for their newsletter.
I made the quilt smaller than the pattern because I wanted it to be a baby quilt. It is 39" x 59" and has Hobbs 80/20 batting in it.
The binding is a really old Kaffe fabric, close to the beginning of his quilt fabric designing. He is up to #204 now.

Nice finish, Wanda--that backing is so interesting--early KF...
Teeming rain here early this morning and 52 degrees...
Hard to believe that in one more day the year will turn again....

ooh yes that binding fabric is nice...
Love this! The "vintage" KF is really pretty. Happy New Year!
This has a warm and cuddly look to it ~ just right for a baby. And what a year this has been… looking forward to your year end show.
Thank you Wanda for the info on this quilt.
Ever since you first posted these blocks I've been trying to figure out an efficient way to piece them. (Obviously they could be made with separate squares, but I imagine some strips are involved.) So thanks for the pattern source!
that is a cute quilt and looks pretty easy to make it will be a great baby quilt.
It is so very pretty! I've never even seen that binding fabric, but it is perfect for this one.
What a happy quilt with colors and patterns sure to interest a growing baby! Well done!
Hugs!
What a pretty quilt. Some baby will be very lucky!
