Stash additions...........
I hadn't purchased any Charley Harper fabric for quite a while so I played catch up and got some of the ones I missed the last few years. I have been trying to figure out what shape to cut them to capture the whole design. I think maybe my large hexagon shape and equilateral triangles that work with it might be the one. They are GO! dies and the half hexagon works with them too for the edge fill in. I made one Kaffe quilt top with the shapes 4 1/2 years ago.
Yesterday afternoon I baked pumpkin muffins to share with my family. I'll have a few in my freezer to pull out for breakfast too.

I like the Charlie Harper fabric and was going to buy some a couple years ago - but I got busy with other things and never got back to it. Looking forward to seeing what you will make from them.
The Hexagon Star quilt is great - I love the way a few of the most golden stars stars jump out of the darker colors.

There is a pottery shop (Motawi Tiles) in Ann Arbor, MI that makes Charlie Harper tiles using many of his patterns. They are sensational!
That fabric is appealing too.
It will be fun to see what you do with the Charlie Harper fabrics. Glad you stashed some of those delicious looking muffins for yourself.
That fabric is beautiful! The muffins look tasty! I am making a French Silk Pie to take when I go see my sister and her husband tomorrow. It will be just the three of us wearing masks so I feel pretty safe. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
You introduced me to Charley Harper and I have been infatuated ever since.
I've never heard of Charley Harper fabric, but I love what you've pictured on your blog. Where did you get it?
I have to say….BOTH photos are yummy!
I have a couple Charlie Harper bird prints--[I am also trying to figure out how to use them to their best advantage other than as a backing...]
We enjoy watching the birds come to our feeder so I thought some kind of piece that would reflect our interest would be fun...[perhaps an oversized star using them as the centers...]
I hope your Thanksgiving is wonderful ;))) Hugs, from afar julierose
These are nice, and the raccoons give me the giggles. It took a while to realize the fabric in top row, 3rd one is ground squirrels or chipmunks though.
The fabric on the right, the beautiful duck sitting on rocks is wonderful! We have lots of ducks down at the beach near us, always fascinating to see the amazing colour in the feathers.
