I finally got back to the curved piecing........
You can see how I stacked and clipped the rows together. I will have to go back to the picture of all of the pieces on my design wall to see which way to turn these. I have one more row to sew.
I promised pictures of my porch pots. This one is at the top because of the tall yellow flowers. This one is next. One of the plants broke off but I'm hoping the root is good and that it will grow back. At the other side of the pot is a really good size lime color licorice plant that you can just see the tip of at the center right.
The third one at the bottom was a gift from friends when my mother passed away. It had a lot of purple in it so I concentrated on other colors for the other 2 pots. It is also more filled in because it was planted a few weeks ago. I have one more to do that will sit in front of my garage.
This is the view outside my studio window right now. It is another wiegela bush.
The yellow evening primrose are starting to bloom too. I'll have more nature's color tomorrow.

What a gorgeous yard you have! It must be wonderful to look out your studio window and see that. My space is in the basement -- gives me lots of room, but no view.

I can just envision you whizzing on those curved pieces. You keep me so inspired.

Your selection of plants you combined in your 'porch pots' are so welcoming, and of course exerburant color. And what a beautiful wiegela bush to look at from your studio window !
