Red OBW sewn together.................

Finally the red One Block Wonder is sewn together.  This is probably the closest I have come to getting the camera to catch the true colors.  There are lots of pink flowers and several orange fruits.  The red is a soft red, not bright and glaring.  I'll get it measured today and get the edges staystitched.

The snow melted away with temperatures in the high 40s.  Now we have a week with lots of rain coming.  The 10 day prediction is cooler than normal.  I think this will be one of the years of going straight from cold to hot without a nice spring.

This one has really come together after all. I love the flow of the arrangement. The softer shades of red are just so pretty here.

After all the doubts and questioning, this has become a very nice OBW quilt top.

Wanda, it is very beautiful and flowing. Very cool here. At least the sun in out today.

The quilt top turned out wonderful! No snow here (thank goodness!), but lots of rain. Rain is in the forecast every day thru next Wednesday except for Sunday and Monday. I have a lot of work to do at my house and my brother's house outside, so it looks like I may be working in the rain.

That turned out very pretty and the little solid pieces just blend right in.

The "squiggle" is really lovely. Trying different layouts eventually produced a very pleasing OBW design.

PERFECTION Wanda ! I love those blocks, each one is so fascinating to me. And all together they sparkle like the fourth of July

It's gorgeous and I love the meander of the different parts of the fabric. There's a deep richness to this one. :D
