The sewing process............

The sewing of an offset rectangles quilt can't be done by the webbing method so it is a slower process.  I sew 2 columns at a time concentrating so I sew the pieces onto the correct column and then sew the 2 columns together.  I have 6 columns sewn together so far.

My 5 day pop-up shop is open to the public as of 9 a.m. EST today.  Here is the link.

I'm sure your meticulous sewing is still faster than what most of us could do.

From what I hear your frosty mornings are like ours the past several days. 4 again this a.m. and it warms up to a nice toasty 23 degrees or maybe 28. And I'm still, out there getting my 2 miles in. . . In the afternoon that is, with so many layers on I can hardly walk. (*._.*)

Another beautiful quilt. I hadn't thought about that, but I will have to remember for the future that rectangles take extra handling than squares in these types of quilts.
