Backing chosen...........
I was playing catch-up yesterday with errands and laundry so no sewing happened. I did get the baby quilt top trimmed straight on the sides and chose a nice bright backing for it. I have enough of it to use for binding too. That decision will be made after quilting.

What a difference it makes with the stripes running horizontal. Still is a wonderful bright and happy quilt for baby.
