I got my fiber fix by sorting my inch and half strips for a new project. I will cut them into lengths at our sew in on Thursday.
I did my errands in the morning before the rain started. This is the other stem of blooms on the white peony, outside in the rain, nice gentle rain.

I love all those bright strips! It's funny how we follow each seasonal bloom with excitement year after year. Something to look forward to!
I can't wait to see what you are going to do with thiose strips! I have a lot of them and am wondering what to do with them.
I like the look of your next project...I'm glad to see I am not the only one who likes to lay things out neatly before jumping in with both feet...
Fiber Fix -- funny!
LOVE those colors . . . . (and I adore peonies)
How come you have so many 1 1/2"strips? Jelly rolls are 2 1/2"wide I think so I am wondering where so many of these at the same width come from? Or did you cut the strips off various fabrics just for this project? When it comes to quilting it is not just curiousity but a need to know! Love the peony of course.
What a beautiful photo of all your strips!!
What pretty fabric strips!
Again, brilliant colours, we will have to wait to see them in action, and another peony, they are the most lovely flower. Cheers,Jean
