Here are the 16 tops that I made in 2010. Again, I thought there should be more but I was surprised that some I thought I made in 2010 were actually made in 2009.
Some of these 16 are still waiting for borders, a couple are from the indecision group, the ones that I don't know if I will add to or maybe give up on.
By going over last year's posts, I realized I spent a lot of time at the design wall. The three Kaffe triangle quilt tops took quite awhile to design and then sew. The same was true of the 2 batik log cabin tops. I spent a lot of time trying out different layouts on the log cabin and on the quarter log cabin zig zag top and posted all of the different layouts.
What have I done so far in 2011? I have stared out the windows and caught my furry friends in nice poses. I have measured and labeled at least 40 quilt tops. I have made one quilt block. I have had a long leisurely lunch with a friend, and I have prepared kits for the Quilts of Valor sew in today in Batavia, IL.
Tomorrow I have to get serious and start working on my projects..... after I take my dad for a blood test at the clinic.

Your collage of tops is like being at the design wall once again. How long did you rearrange those pictures to get just the right layout? LOL
Your quilt tops are beautiful, Wanda.
I think making a layout like you did makes you fully realize what you did the past year. I need a visual to push me along, so this year I plan to do one so I can keep in touch with what I'm really doing.
Today's secret word is drbedecu as in "Dr. been to see you"

Sometimes it is surprising to see what we have actually accomplished. I often do the same thing. Either I over estimate or under estimate. Yours are all beautiful!! Enjoy watching your furry friends, I find it relaxing and often intriguing to watch them.
Love those quilt tops! You certainly accomplished a lot last year! As for staring out the window watching your furry friends... I've done a lot of the same.
I was surprised too at how much I had done last year - it is nice having our blogs to go though and see what we have done. You sure have made a lot!

16 still is impressive. Some days you have other things to do and sleep needs to come in. Give yourself a pat on the back. Better than what I got done. They are very colorful and will look really nice when all done. Chris
Wonderful layout of quilts - I have not done nearly as much - nice to see what you are going to get up to this year... looks like a lot more will get done :)Happy New Year ahead.
Your quilts are each a work of art. One of your posrs talked about the number of different fabrics that you used and I realized that you make such a complex gathering look perfectly simple. That is where the time goes, not to mention your charity work.
40+ quilt tops?! Wow, that is a lot of UFOs! At least you are farther along than I am - my tops are still at the fabric yardage stage!
that 2010 photo simply takes my breath away in all the beauty that you were able to transfer from your mind to fabric - simply stunning
Your collection of quilts tops made last year is stunning. I'm not sure which one I like the best.
I always enjoy your pictures of your furry visitors - thanks.
What a nice surprise to see all the quilt tops together at the top of today's blog. Very inspiring!
I can't believe you got so much done given that you've been so involved with your father's caretaking.
You are amazing and I can't wait to see what you ndo this year!
Have a good day!
Very beautiful...and a great idea for a collage.
That was a wonderful year of work. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Every one of those quilts is beautiful on its own, and together - they are almost staggering. Your quilts have a movement and life that is hard to explain. And your time at the design wall surely does show up in the completed works. Just beautiful!
What a wonderful display. I have printed your watercolour kaleidoscope a few days ago- and enjoy inspiration from it. Please blog about quilting on your midarm. I have a Bernina 830 and a quilt frame and need some info on midarm quilting.
Once again, I love watching how you work! Whether it is at the design wall, organizing your fabrics, sharing photos, or sharing how you motivate yourself . . . IT IS ALL GOOD!
Thank you!!!!!!!
Honestly, I don't think you sleep. Great accomplishments; your quilts are beautiful and you are an inspiration. You and Bonnie Hunter are my heroes.
You can add the zigzag top in the lower right to the done list! Since I took it off your hands and quilted it, the quilt has had daily love and use. :-)
Don't judge yourself badly. You have done alot more than most of us. I've read alot of blogs, but not written any. I've made a few cards for my daughter, but I keep sending them before I make picture or a blog about them... I'm taking some leisure time since the holiday gift making. Don't judge me badly... We all do our best!

The quilt tops you made during 2010 are amazing!
Cute squirrels!
