Sewn...........

I decided the layout  on my previous post was definitely the final layout so I sewed it together yesterday.  I haven't pressed the final seams yet so that is my job today.  I love all of the secondary patterns, the alternating dark and light grid, alternating dark and light squares in the background, the iron crosses and in some places a circular design.

I think the bottom right corner is more attractive than it looks in the photo above.  There is one green iron cross in this photo.

I will take another photo after I press it.

I wasn't sure of this pattern when you first started, but it is just beautiful. I love your fabric choices and your fabric placement. And how quickly these blocks became a quilt. You continue to amaze!

Wow, you sewed this altogether in one day!! It's stunning Wanda, oh yes I spot the iron cross. Great selection of KF Collective fabrics, I have an order in for the February collection but my favourite is the August one coming later in the year, the PJ ones are beautiful.

All of your quilts are my favorites, but this one is definitely my favorite :-) I think I need to make a crossed canoe quilt now!

I have always loved Crossed Canoes. It's still on the "someday" list. Yours is gorgeous with all these beautiful prints.
