Backing found...........

I was cleaning up an area in the basement and putting away some large pieces of fabric when I spied this fabric.  I have a 5 yard piece and a 2 yard piece, obviously bought on sale to have so much of it.  It is part of the Kaffe Collective and is by Brandon Mably.  I need a little under 6 yards for the back of the Kaffe Trip Around the World.  I have enough that I can try to match the print when I have to piece one of the long lengths.  This won't be quilted any time soon but at least I have a plan.

The online Colorwash 360 class is open for enrollment for subscribers only on Saturday September 1 so it is the last chance to click here to sign up for the mailing list.  I will have a limited quantity of kits in both batik and Kaffe Fassett fabrics available for purchase only for subscribers who enroll in the class.  If you have previously signed up you don't need to do it again.

That backing will look great on the back of that quilt. You are lucky to have so much of it.

I can't believe what you"discovered" while going through things. How perfect is that?

Hi Wanda
How does your online class work? Is it recorded so you can watch it repeatedly?
Thanks
Nancy

And, if the match part won't work easily, add a contrasting strip between the two sides and turn the BMably print 180 degrees on the second side to show that you meant for it to be different. Either way, it will be spectacular!

What grand piece to use for the TAW backing. I'm sure it is always a treat to come across the perfect piece in your stash.

I'd like to know more about your colorwash class as well.
Reading it on the signup day is too late, as the kits may be all gone to those who are more familiar with your process... and us slow readers will miss out.
Will we own the recordings of the class, like Craftsy, so we can refer back to them later?
Also, what time will registration start.... EST? PST?
Thanks so much, looking forward to this.

I am also wondering what time registration will start. Maybe you could delay the fabric part of the sale one day so people have time to decide about the class??
Will also say that I hope a future class will be done for your amazing TAW quilts.
LOVE that backing! Perfect!
