More large flowers...............

I don't usually watch baseball games but all of the other shows I usually watch were reruns so I turned on the World Series.  Cubs won game 6!!

While it was on I went through my Philip Jacobs fabrics looking for more large flower prints.
I was happy to spot my 8" square ruler so I can cut all the way around it when fussy cutting the flowers.  I thought I was going to have to use the 8.5" ruler to cut 8" squares which would have made the cutting a slower process.

Go Cubs!!!! Rooting for them all the way down here... but then again we do have a connection to them. Isn't it nice to have to tools and be able to find them when you need them!!!

Go Tribe! Those are some beautiful florals! I especially like the bluish flowers with the black and white background.

Thrilled to see our Cubbies win last night and am praying for a similar outcome tonight, so all of us who have been die hard fans our whole lives, can finally see them win the World Series. I was just 8 years old when they won in 45 and don't really remember listening to them on the radio. When I was a little older, my dad started taking me to the games and it was then, that the love for the team kicked in and I became an avid fan.

Love all those large florals you are going through. Hope you are enjoying this mild November weather.
