Here are my porch pots this year.  I will do some annuals in pots when I get home.  I don't expect the house sitter to do it but it would be a nice surprise if they did.
Here are some more pots.  Oh, these are in NC!  I arrived safely yesterday, screeners that didn't think I looked dangerous at the security check, and an uneventful, on time flight.
The pots are on the deck by the screened in porch.  It was getting humid late in the afternoon so we retreated in to the air conditioning.  We start hanging the show today.  I'll take some in progress shots.

So it begins. :) Good luck and thots from Chicago.

All I saw from people to and from Market was long waits, delayed flights, mess after travel mess. So already you are right with the world.

Nothing better than an "uneventful" flight. Glad you had a safe trip. Best of luck with your show and classes.

I've never had a hosta in a pot but I'm going to try one. I have large pots of sedum and 'hen and chickens' that I brought when we moved here in 1999 and they survive the winters with no problem. I'll find out if I can keep a hosta like that.

Pots are all well and good, but it's that screen porch that has me drooling. I want one!

Can't wait to see your pictures as the show begins. I know you're going to have a wonderful time.
