Finished top.........
I needed to finish sewing this so it would be off my design walls when my art quilters come on Monday. I brought it to my living room and I think it is going to work as the new wallhanging in there. Of course that means I have to decide how I am going to quilt it.
Two pots are planted; I need to get a few more plants for the rest of them.
I had to get into an awkward position to look up at this Columbine in my front garden. I hope the neighbors weren't watching. I used Super Macro setting for this shot.

Your circle quilt is wonderful, I love how th ebatiks seem to blend together in places. Quilting it is a challenge though, I look forward to seeing what you decide to do - I know it'll be great!
Those template sets are so nice. I have the 7" set, I am using it to make my scrappy circles :)

Glad you have a place to hang that gorgeous quilt! Also glad to see the templates -- I've tried making my own a couple times for projects and it's hard to make them accurate and keep them that way.

Gorgeous! I have made a couple using only the large template.....now I want to include the small template next time....
That will look beautiful on a living room wall. I've started potting up a few things too but it is just so cold here, nothing but perennials can survive outside yet.
Very pretty quilt. I love the partial circles. When I teach the circle and spin, most don't want to break the circles up. I love it that way!

I think I actually said "OH" out loud when the picture of your finished quilt top popped up. It is gorgeous. I am inspired to get away from the computer and go into my sewing room to start working!

Your quilt is absolutely PERFECT for your living room ! It makes such an awesome statement. Like a looking through a kaleidoscope of brilliant glass bubbles.
Porch pots are as pretty as your quilts and my oh my that Columbine is stunning.
That little stinker of a chipmunk you featured on Sat. post ! When it comes to bird feeders it is difficult to out smart those little critters.
I too planted my miniature gardens in barrels and pots on Saturday. (9) So glad the weather looks like it will be nice (I hope) to them.

Oh, yeah! Love the quilt, the colors are wonderful. Oh, lordy, I just keep getting inspired by something else. My batiks are now calling me. wonder why I don't get anything done!? The flower pots are delightful. I can't keep anything alive, but for my birthday my girlfriends (The Whimsies) always buy me a pot of flowers for the front door -- such optimists!

I absolutly love this quilt. Did you order the templates on-line or did you find them in a local quilt store? How big did the quilt end up?
