Change of pace........

It was one of those days; I can't honestly tell you anything I did yesterday except a short trip to the post office and grocery store.  We got a lot of rain early in the morning and again in the late afternoon but  the severe weather was west of us.  Last night I decided to just do some relaxing strip piecing while I watched "Lie to Me" on Fox network.  Today I need to get serious about the last clean up for Thursday.

I love the analogous color scheme here. Very soothing.
You get more done on your 'lazy' days than I do when I'm trying.

Those type of days can be good for my soul to remind me I am a human "be"ing. Beautiful fabrics.

The purples are wonderful.

As soon as I read 'Lie to Me' I instantly began analyzing the expression and direction the fabric was looking towards and whether it was sincere or deceptive in nature ;)There are a couple of strips you might want to be suspicious of, Wanda. They have a tendency towards narcissistic personalities ;)

I certainly do like the looks of what you've got going on there . . .

those are some good-looking purple stripes! You are sending your rain our way .. as usual.

Was good to see the brilliant purples on a cold SNOWY day in the valley. They predicted blizzard conditions today. As I write this no winds yet. I hope it by-passes us.
