Playing with blocks............

I finished 16 more blocks in between vists to the hospital and errands.  I still don't have a plan, just playing.

Thanks for all of the good wishes for Dad.  He is much better and may go home today.  They gave him the heavy duty antibiotic so he had some tall tales to tell me.  He thought there was a little narrow door that the nurses come through to help him and he was sure it was over by the bathroom.  I just went along with it because he did the same thing in March when he was on this antibiotic.  It also causes some vivid dreams.

I have a finishing class to teach today so it will be a more relaxing day (I hope).

Kristin F. in SC, you asked me all kinds of questions but if you don't enable your email, I can't reply to you.  I left a comment on your blog telling you how to do it.  Also I have an email link on my right side bar.

Do your lights get darker (aka medium) as you go out to the edge?

You have come up with most amazing sets!! Love this. How big are your blocks? This looks like it would be a really big quilt. Visually perfect.

Glad to hear that your dad is doing better, even with the tall tales.

This log cabin is really stunning. What would it look like with a row of darker all the way around? Oh, I wish you could come visit my design wall for a few days!

I like that "echo" effect with the new layout -- looks like several quilts stacked on top of each other!

I'm a little behind in my blog-reading. I'm so sorry you've had to go through so much with your dad. I hope he's better soon.
