They all had good color choices and good value ranges. I had them group fabrics and sew enough to get at least 6 blocks so we could play with layouts before they left. They have a lot of sewing to do before next week to get as many blocks done as they can so we can just have design time and maybe sewing their piece together next week.

It's so much fun to see all the different color choices of your students. Such a nice range of styles. They all look so pretty!
They sizzle all right. I esp like the brown and green one.
These are very pretty...can't wait to see what they do by next time. I like to do 2 classes too so they have time to sew in between. I think they are more motivated to work on it.
Just amazing how they sizzle!
What fun your students are having in class and it shows. I am drawn to the brown and green one also. (Must be the time of year). The fabrics are well chosen as they just 'melt' together so nicely.

Hi Wanda,
What a collection of different color combos!
It will be interesting to see how they put them together.
It's always fun in class to see what everyone settles on for color choices.

It's interesting how much of a difference the fabric choices make! I can't wait to see all the various layouts!
This sounds like a wonderful class: I wish I could attend.
Same quilt -- but entirely different! What fun, thanks for showing them. Hope we can see the layouts, too!
I'm just getting caught up after being gone two weeks. You've been very busy...creating and experimenting. Everything looks really nice. And, once again, RIGHT ON TARGET with colors!
What fun to see a different set of layouts. It's amazing too how much difference the fabric choices can make to whether I get a 3D effect or not.
I love to come here, & feast my eyes on the wonderful colour combinations.
