I thought maybe I would have the binding done before dark but doing laundry and watering plants outside took some of my daylight hours away. I put in the last stitch at 8:30 last night. When I was in the basement earlier I noticed one of the 8' bulbs didn't come on in the area where I take my photos of finished quilts. I thought waiting until morning was best.
All of the predicted rain yesterday was tiny little spots on radar and they either dissipated before they got here or went south of us. No more rain is in the forecast for awhile so I may have to water plants again on Saturday.

Oh this is just a lovely piece, Wanda;))) It looks so pretty all folded up...
We are back in humidity this morning--the air feels so heavy outside...74.7 with 73 dewpoint...ugh..no rain in sight here either...

good to have the binding done - I only work on mine most evenings while the news is on - I put my EPP aside while I work on binding.
Such a lovely looking quilt package there! The showers have mostly missed my plants also.
It is SO pretty! You know I love red, too! And we are terribly dry here. Summer this year has seemed to last forever. I'm so ready for some cooler weather.
