When I was finishing up my basement cleaning I saw this top laying there waiting for its borders to be sewn on. It only took about 15 minutes to sew and press them. It is about 44.5" x 58". I have enough of the border fabric for the back too.
I baked 2 batches of cookies last night and hope to see the art quilters group today.

I LIKE THIS TOP. a LITTLE DIFFRENT AND NOT TO BUSY.
love the unexpected triangles :-)and the border is a perfect choice !
Perfect border...isn't that the way..you wait and wait..then once you see it and do it...it is done in a jiff...
That border fabric is fabulous! What a great way to use a large print. With such a scrappy center a subtle fabric just would not have worked.
Nice one! Do you think you make these in the night while you are sleeping? Sleep quilting.
The border fabric is perfect with those blocks. Have fun with the art quilters.
Very striking borders, love this quilt.
Terrific border print.
You sound like me Wanda.....cleaning and...finding goodies! Enjoy!
Wow! Love the surprise block! You have so much energy! I don't know how you do it!
I love how you added in the hst in one of the strips. Fun idea.
I like all the lack of "regularity" in this top. The one small row of triangles, the apparently random setting of plain vs. pieces blocks, the lone solid blue block, and the way some of the patterns in the fabric look like strange coral formations.
