Love the stripy border! I think the wavy lines were a great choice. I will check out Stash Manicure.
I am loving your quilted journal covers! I made some one year for the granddaughters using this pattern here, recently I saw this pattern, but haven't tried it yet. Yours are so colorful, like everything on your blog, love it!
I really like the choice of fabrics, esp. the outside batik fabric. The wavy quilting..... that is perfect for this piece!

I can see you have been having fun making your journal covers. I viewed them all at once this morning and each one has a personality of it's own. I do not have a favorite as they all are wonderful.

Cute cover, Wanda. I love your blog, I'm just too much of a lurker. However, when I looked at your weather and saw 20! OMG, I just had to write some sympathy for you. I'm in San Diego and we are freezing at 68. LOL

Wanda, my Christmas cactus does not even have one blossom this year. The poor thing hasn't grown at all this year. Maybe I do not give it enough attention.
