15 blocks

I had too many blocks for the little design wall in my studio so I took the blocks to the basement and put them on a big design wall.

I wonder if I can keep this up, making 3 blocks every day.  This butterfly print is an old one, the batik is fairly new.

I didn't get very much mowing done because the grass was too wet in the shade of the trees and then it rained late in the afternoon.  It sounds like no rain today but it is going to get hotter.

My new neighbor will be moving in soon.  The closing was this morning.

We are to get sun all day. The blocka are really beautiful all together on the design wall. I think today I am going to go with the flow. I plan something and it never gets done. Keep up the good work Chris

You definitely can do three blocks in a day. It looks like you have it down to a science. Well today, I think we are getting rain. Good day to sew. Hope you have some nice new neighbors.

Those blocks are looking great Wanda.

I was inspired by you to post pictures a a flowering bush on my blog and find out what it is. Now I know!

When I first saw this picture I thought 'Tetris'. I wonder if there is a Rorschach test for quilt squares...

Wonderful colors as usual, they are well... exuberant!

Love those blocks, the butterfly print looks wonderful. We just had a brief shower and we really need it.

If anyone can keep doing the 3 blocks a day pace, it's you. They're looking beautiful. The butterfly print with that batik is stunning!

On a slow day, if you have any, do 4 blocks. That way when the world is going crazy around you, you will be ahead 1 block and only need 2 for that day.

Three blocks a day? Some days I can and some days I can't. Just take it day by day and do as many as you can. I love the butterfly fabric! Good luck with your new neighbours.

Such striking combinations of fabrics in all the blocks. When I saw the photo as a little thumbnail on the side of my blog, the blocks just shimmered. Lovely!

That seems like a good goal to have, I love the fabrics you are using on this quilt and that you are mixing batiks and prints. People seem to think it has to be one or the other.

OMIGOSH! I think I actually have that butterfly print. Somewhere. Tucked away. Under something. Unless my sister stole it! Thanks for the inspiration!
