Blogger is finally going to let us post!

I tried to post last night and Blogger was unavailable.  I tried every hour since I got up and finally now it is working.  Thanks for those of you who checked up on me.
Yesterday I was invited to go to a fabric warehouse sale and I found a bundle of flannel fabric for our church projects for the preemies.  Some of the larger prints I will make into pillowcases for the kids in the hospital.

Some batiks that I had never seen before made their way into my cart too.             We also found some fabrics for the QOV quilts, the main reason we went to the sale.

A fabric warehouse? Must be like a quilter's paradise! :-)

Cool stuff! I wish I hadn't had other obligations for the day and pounced on my invitation to go along too. But it is probably just as well....

Gorgeous fabrics. How generous of you to be making things for babies in the hospital.
I have started a new blog. I posted about it with a link to it today. It is an outlet for my ramblings about my mom, mostly.

Great finds! I love getting new fabric (not that I need any, but...).

I've read of so many people having issues with Blogger yesterday.

Love all those great flannels AND the batiks that jumped in your cart. How does that happen????

Funny how fabric can jump into your cart, I know the feeling! Nice batiks and the babes will love the quilts you'll make for them! How generous of you.

Glad to hear you are okay. I did miss your post this morning, but it wasn't my "usual" morning so I was not one who checked on you.

Love those batiks!

I'm glad you're back! It was an upsetting start to the day to see that there was no post from you. Thanks for answering my e-mail so I knew you were okay!

Looks like maybe you would go back again next year ? ? ?

Nice little prints for your preemies. And how big are those pieces you brought home for yourself ?

My first indication that Blogger was out was when I saw you hadn't posted. It was a little unsettling, since you are such a regular blogger.

I was glad to see you here tonite.

Did you know you can post to your blog from flickr? I've seen a couple people do that today to get around blogger.
