The quilting was finished yesterday, the quilt trimmed and now it was time to choose a binding. At first I thought a multicolor stripe, but then I decided black and white might be better.
Here are my three choices. There were many more to choose from but I settled on these.
This stripe has the most white in it and the black lines are curvy.
The black lines are straight and closer together on this one.
It's always fun to find a diagonal stripe in the stash. This one is darker than the other two. I'll make a choice today and get the quilt finished for my monthly recap. Any opinions? I think they all work.

I like the light, more air-y feeling of the first b/w stripe. I love diagonal striped binding but it seems heavy for this quilt.

The first one because it has more white - an that works with the low volume design of this quilt.
The irregularity of the first stripe is perfect for this quilt!
I favor the first choice with more white showing..but they all are good choices...Wanda--
33 here this morning and sunny. No sewing this weekend; I am under the weather...hugs, Julierose
any of them will work for sure
I prefer #1
It looks like I'm offering a different opinion. I like the second option. The first one seems like it is somewhat ivory colored. That reminds me of men who wear slacks from a dark navy suit but then pair it with a navy sport coat. You can tell they don't really match. The third option seems to be too dark for such a light and airy quilt. On the other hand, it could provide a nice contrast to make the colors pop. I'm sure any one of those will work fine. And I also would challenge any baby to complain.

I like the first one with more white showing and the curvy black lines. Carol C
Binding… Happiness is ~ choosing the one YOU like the most .
Initially my choice was #1. But now that I see how much pizzazz the diagonal adds, I'm changing my vote. But I do like them all too.
I really like this quilt, and binding #1 is my fave.
I prefer #1 also.
