First quilt top for October 2025...............

It took less than a half hour to finish this little quilt top.  It is 34" square.  It will be put with next month's pieces to be quilted.

I had to clear off my table top so I sewed the last group of tiny pieces into 4 more strips.  This set isn't as colorful as the first 2 sets shown yesterday

Yesterday morning I did some more cutting for the Nancy Crow fabric 16 patch and for the purple Rosy quilt.  I started sewing the stratas for the NC 16 patch.  This is all 1990s fabric.  I have enough strips cut for 48 blocks so I need to do some more cutting.  The minimum size 16 patch quilt I make takes 63 blocks.

Nice finish for the "little" quilt, Wanda;))) Loving how the NC strata for the 16-ptch are coming along, too...
61 here this morning and feeling a bit more humid...
I will continue with the machine quilting today--I am finding it a real challenge to keep things straight...should've done "wavey" lines;))))
Happy new week....
Hugs, Julierose

The last one may not have as many colors but it is colorful! The baby quilt looks lovely….the b/w you selected give it an airy feel.

The baby quilt is so sweet and some little someone will be cozy under it!
Love the 16 patch strips and will be interested to see how this quilt comes together.
We're coming up from last night's 55*F to a high of 81*F. Nice!
Hope to have the energy to cut 60" square fusible batting today.

Hugs!

Your 34” piece may be small BUT ~ it makes a BIG statement. Just lovely to say the least. And always fun to see what you are working on also.

Perfect choices for the setting triangles. That's going to be such a cute baby quilt.
