8 inch blocks added............
I made 9 more four inch blocks and two eight inch blocks last night. The 8" blocks look huge but this is just laying on my sewing cabinet so you can see how small it is with 1/4 of the small blocks used. I will make a few more of the 8" blocks and after my class on Monday I will take them all down to a design wall and see what happens. I might add one giant 16" block too.

I'm excited to watch your journey with these blocks. The larger ones have changed the energy and I can't wait to see what 16" block will add.
It definitely needed those larger blocks! They are the visual "pops" that give it some personality. I'm looking forward to the effect of a giant block also...................
This is such fun!!
That giant block sounds awesome. Anxious to see you work that in. Amazes me how you have taken the checker board blocks into another creative design.

Always love it when you mix block sizes. It’s a great design element.
I like the mix of sizes Wanda.
I love the addition of the 8 inch blocks!
Love the 8" blocks too! Adds a new dimension to this project.
