Cutting done............

I had a lazy day yesterday and only got the cutting done.  I cut the last 6 fabrics after I took this photo.

This is the little pile of pieces too narrow to cut a 2.5" strip.

This pile will go into the bag of dog bed stuffing.

Thanks to all of the Google+ and other no reply commenters yesterday.  I really would like to thank you in person but you don't have your email enabled.  And......Google+, I can't even leave you a comment on your site because only Google+ members can leave you a comment.

Looking forward to seeing what comes out of your pink pile! It reminds me of cotton candy.

Hi Wanda
Many don't know there is a box to check on google plus that causes you to be a No Reply commenter. I hate that and hate when I can't reply personally.

I can't wait to see that pink quilt, but wait...you stitch so fast it won't be long!!

My mother's favorite color is pink. It has been all of my life (whereas I think mine changes monthly...). I can't wait to see the finished quilt but more especially the pattern and fabrics as your design evolves.

And as a commenter, I frequently run into blogs I can't comment from work because I don't want to use my work Google account. And I really prefer my work and home accounts never meet on the same computer. If there's no name/URL option, frequently Open ID does not work, even if I am logged into Wordpress. And anonymous is not an option on quite a few blogs. There's a plot afoot I tell you! Now that I think about it, I wonder what I have set up, or not...

I like the pinks, and look forward to seeing what you make!

I don't think of you as a pink person - but I know it will be wonderful! Can't wait to see it!

I was doing the same thing you were doing - cutting fabric. Trying to get at least a quilt top done before the Christmas in July blog hop.

I also changed my settings away from Google+ - hoping to get more comments and feedback.

This whole Google+ thing is frustrating. I so enjoy your posts. I really love to see your use of colors! Sorry for not adding my link on earlier comments. Wendy at piecefulthoughts@gmail.com.
