Last class.....

I think I have everyone in this class in the 3 photos.  They were a really fun group.

We were talking about binding again during our group visit to the gallery.  This time I was showing them how I finish the mug rugs.
The squirrels in NC are miniatures compared to the ones in my backyard in IL.

This photo will give a perspective of the size of the colorwash quilts.  I'm only a few inches over 5' so you can picture how these pieces would look on a wall in your house.  I just love the floor in the gallery.

A few inches over five feet!!! That means you're PERFECT! Just how many inches over five feet are you?

(I'm zero inches over five feet.) LOL!

Thanks for the great photo. Excuse me, Thanks for EVERYTHING!

I had so wanted to take one of your classes but this week is the last week of the school year and I just couldn't get away. Thank you for posting photos of your classes... they give me a idea about how to start playing with color wash... I'm going to have to give it a go...

Hope your homeward trip is a safe and uneventful one!

You have had a fantastic week! The classes, the gallery showing, totally in your element! Love the floor too, what is it?

I am so glad that I was able to take this class and to meet you in person.

Your quilts are beautiful and I found myself telling my husband, as I showed him your quilts on line, how much more beautiful they are in person.

That floor is beautiful to look at, but I think you already mentioned how tough it is to stand on all day. If they could do those colors in a "flexible" flooring - think of how nice that would be.

I can't believe your time there is already over......

Hope your show was everything you wanted it to be. The experience alone was exciting I am sure. Chris

Thanks for sharing your wonderful show and classes with us Wanda. It's the next best thing to being there in person! It was a great adventure - both, I'm sure, for you and for us!

Whew ! A whirlwind week with Wanda and her "Wandaful" quilts and classes. Such fun keeping up with you daily. I know you will hit the ground running once you get back home, but do take time to catch your breath.

Months of preparation leading up to your show and classes has done you proud. And you deserve some r&r!

What a great show and classes you have had! And it had to have been fun to put actual faces to some of the people who have been leaving you comments all this time. You are a class act, Wanda - you are an artist in the truest sense of the word, but you also take the time to do it right and to help others do it, too! Thank you for being you and for all you do.
