Ready for borders
I finished sewing the three sections of the top and now I am ready to cut the border pieces. This is 54" x 87" right now so it is too small for a twin bed. I have thought about doing a border of the smaller squares instead of the middle size ones. I think I will think about this for a few days before I make a decision. Another option would be to add another panel to the side because it is so long and skinny as it is now.

Wow!! You are quick. I always love a nice thin border to frame it up and accent it. Then the larger border. But if my memory serves me this pattern calls for the inner border. But whatever you choose, I am sure it will be gorgeous!!
Absolutely fabulous! Great use of those fabrics---
I vote an inner and outer border of yellow and pink!
I'm sure you will think of a great finish - it all depends on how wide you end up wanting it do be - the colors are lovely!

That is a strange size. I know you will figure it out and it will be perfect.
The one in the link has a thin inner border and a wider outer border, adding 15 inch to each side, making it 69 by 102 when finished. That makes for a large quilt. Would that be considered a twin or a double? Too big for me to quilt!
Another panel would be great, but knowing you, you are ready to move on.Wig. I like it a LOT.
It looked so big on your design wall. Will look forward to end result.

You are so quick! I added another panel when I made this (finished it yesterday!!!), but considered adding a border of both the 3" and 6" blocks. Either way, your quilt will be lovely!
Oh. Wow! It is gorgeous! You just let things brew around in your mind until they're ready to come through your finger, don't you? Then it looks like you did it so quickly, but really it's been perking away for a while. I really enjoy seeing your process!
Wow -- you are amazingly quick!! It is gorgeous -- just glows.
What a pretty combination of fabric Wanda.
Do you have any of the Carla Miller (Rowan) ZigZag fabric in pastels? A small border of that -- or one of Brandon's pyramids -- something with more geometric lines might be interesting. I'm eager to see what you decide!
And I'm so sorry to hear you have migraines; I frequently suffered, until about 5 years ago. Awful. Hope you "outgrow" them soon!
