Some yellow sewing...........
I finished the designing and started sewing sections together. The left panel is still in 3 pieces and I have started the middle panel. I need to cut some more 6.5" squares for the border, 48 of them to be exact. Then there are 4 pieces that are rectangular to make it all fit after adding a narrow border. I gave the link 2 days ago for the directions for this quilt if you are interested. I will get a better photo of this in natural light after I get the center sewn together.

This is going to be a beauty! I think you should call it Mellow Yellow!
Really looks good. To me it looks happy. the colors are a good blend. Chris
This is gorgeous. I really love these colors! I know this is a yellow piece, but I see the pink.
you accomplish a lot - I feel like I was lazy yesterday and didn't get a lot done!

you get so much done!!! and I love the progress shots!
Looking good. I can't believe how much you have done.
Love your yellows! It's almost finished. How did you manage that?
Beautiful and happy!
I wish I could accomplish as much as you in the way of quilting. The yellow looks so cheerful. I also love yesterday's post. That is also going to be a pretty quilt.
Thanks for sharing the stages of your quilts.
Happy quilting!

This is going to be one of my favourites, I think! I agree with Jackie -- Mellow Yellow sounds like the perfect name!
I like this although I think it would show up better in person than in a photo. I do not like to wear yellow but it always seems to cheer up a quilt.
It's looking very pretty.
I am not usually a fan of yellow, but this has so many colors and shades in it that it is wonderful.
