More trianges..............

I was afraid that it might be boring showing the same quilt every day but I was assured by many readers that they enjoyed watching my progress on it.  I placed all of the duplicate triangles on the wall and then cut 9 more fabrics.  I went to our sewing circle at church in the afternoon so I didn't get as much done on it as I thought I would.
Here is the view in the backyard yesterday morning.  The snow was almost melted the day before.  We only got about 3" of heavy wet snow and it was above freezing all day so the roads are clear and almost dry.  The cold air is coming in tonight so the rest of this snow isn't going away yet.

Thank you for continuing to show us your progress! It is looking absolutely wonderful!! The snow came here sometime while we were sleeping. It seems to be one of those "quiet" snows. Pretty.

This is turning out beautifully. It's so full of colour, yet calming - to me, anyway! I don't usually think of Kaffe fabrics as light/dark, just saturated.(I know you're using others too, but I see alot of his!) This has given me even more appreciation of his prints. Love your snow picture. Did you call the cardinal for the photo shoot?:)

I love watching the progress of a quilt. It gives an insight into the thought process and helps us to learn new things too! Lynne

at least we all know that at this time of year if you get snow it doesn't usually last real long. Here it is just plain cold for a couple days.

I too enjoy watching your daily progress of each piece you are working on.

Wish we had cardinals ... he is a beauty. We have the Stellar Jays high in the mountains and occasionally I have one of those at my feeder.

Looking really nice Wanda. I too like watching the progress and all the twists and turns you make along he way.

We lucked out with the snow as well.
Most of it is melting right now but the temperature will soon change so that will be it for a while.

Thank goodness.....it is really getting old now.

Hi Wanda
What? Us get bored with your quilt playing? Never!

Mr Cardinal looks so dignified in that tree. Good job getting that shot thru your window!

Vicky F
p.s. we only got 4 inches of the heavy wet stuff, but it sure made a challenge to get to work -lots of accidents.
