6 sections..........
I worked on this top a few different times yesterday. It had to be constructed in sections because of the big blocks. The top section is actually 3 parts, a top row, a double row and a bottom row. All of the rest are waiting to be joined together. I'm determined to have this top done by tomorrow so I'll have a finished top for my recap of the month even though I have no full quilt finishes. Hopefully I will have some finishes in December so my year will not look too bad. I have 19 finished quilts so far this year. I would be happy to finish 5 more. That might be too ambitious but I can try.

These fabrics are so interesting, have enjoyed all your photos but think this one would be especially great to see in person.
Looks terrific. Very interesting textures.
It's beautiful Wanda. Love it.
It is lovely.
How pretty!
Wanda, I really like the way this one is progressing....I have always loved half square triangles, and use them whenever I can...I don't know that I would have thought to add in some square blocks, but I like the look a lot...

Absolutely gorgeous! Love the Aussie fabrics and the different sized whole blocks take it up another notch!
I really like the way you added the larger squares. I have full confidence in you that it will be all sewn together for an October finish.
I love this!!! The colors are amazing and it just makes my soul jump for joy:) Beautiful!!!
This one is fascinating and watching your progress, it has become my second favorite of the year. Leaves and stars still is my no. one favorite. (*._.*) for the year.

I really like this quilt, I think it shows of the fabrics better than the original quilt (my opinion only) - those big blocks give it so much character, I'll have to store that in memory somewhere to use somewhere down the track. You always come up with such interesting quilts and teach me not to judge colour choices until the quilt is finished. Patchwork gives you a whole new way of looking at colours, and you display it so well.
