No, this isn't turning into a food blog......I'm just enjoying being with my company and eating out on a beautiful 80 degree day. This is a beef roll, famous at one our local restaurants. I skip the peppers and tomato on it and just have the cheese and onion. It is sooooo good. I'll be back to sewing soon.
That looks yummy and nothing similar to anything I have seen before. It looks like the beef is in a pancake roll? I am interested to know if it has a sauce inside too or just carved beef slices? Have a Hppy Easter, from Jo
Looks good. Is it similar to a stromboli? Just curious is that the amount of fries you get with you beef roll??? In this neck of the woods you would get the whole platter filled and a second plate for the roll.
